Creative & Design
- Lead the conceptualization, development, and execution of innovative creative campaigns across various platforms, including digital, print, and multimedia.
- Oversee the visual identity of the brand, ensuring consistency across all marketing materials, advertisements, and content.
- Provide art direction for photography, videography, and other visual assets.
- Guide the design team in producing high-quality work, ensuring alignment with brand standards and project objectives.

Graphic Design & Digital Media
- Create compelling graphics for digital and print media, including advertisements, social media content, websites, presentations, packaging, and promotional materials.
- Ensure designs are visually engaging, user-friendly, and optimized for different platforms (web, mobile, social media).
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, typography, color theory, and UI/UX best practices.
- Utilize Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and other industry-standard tools for design and multimedia production.
- Implement motion graphics and video editing skills to enhance digital storytelling.
- Perform and review results-focused creative briefs that provide strategic insight and creative inspiration for multiple projects spanning multiple media - Voice/Audio, Print, Web, Email.
- Assisting in managing the Company website and content development while engaging with the developer on the enhancements.
- Responsible for providing technical assistance to website users, ensuring smooth functionality, and resolving issues promptly while collaborating with developers, monitor website performance and security, and contribute to ongoing improvement efforts.
- Creating vision and strategy for website projects, overseeing the design team, and ensuring the alignment of creative concepts with brand objectives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop engaging and user-centric website experiences, oversee the implementation of design concepts, and maintain brand consistency across digital platforms.
Branding & Visual Storytelling
- Maintain and elevate the brand’s visual identity and tone in all creative executions.
- Develop branding materials, logos, and corporate identity systems that reinforce brand positioning.
- Work closely with content and copywriting teams to ensure that visuals and messages are cohesive.
- Innovate and push creative boundaries while maintaining brand integrity.
Team Collaboration
- Collaborate with strategic communications, brand department, and communications team to translate business objectives into impactful creative solutions.
- Collaborate with department representatives to develop succinct, targeted creative briefs that are insight driven to focus the creative development and execution to generate the desired action and set expectations for deliverables.
- Mentor and provide constructive feedback to junior designers, ensuring continuous growth within the team.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions, strategy meetings, and client presentations when needed.
- Work with the department representative to produce new ideas for company branding, promotional campaigns, and marketing communications.
- Assist clients in resolving issues by responding to questions in a timely and professional manner.
Project & Workflow Management
- Oversee design workflows, prioritize tasks, and delegate responsibilities effectively.
- Work with project managers to ensure smooth execution of campaigns, from ideation to delivery.
- Review and approve design assets to ensure they meet technical and creative standards.
- Conceiving and executing concepts, guidelines, and strategies in various creative projects and overseeing them to completion.
- Coordinating the teams of creative and digital etc. to help them use their talents effectively.
- Participate in brainstorming/creative sessions to generate ideas.
- Evaluate trends, assess new data and keep up-to-date with the latest marketing techniques.
- To source, manage, supervise and coordinate service providers, contractors for project management.
Implementing
- Ensuring unique design and well crafted copy produced to meet clients’ needs as well as department’s brand standards.
- Revise content and presentations, approve/reject ideas, provide feedback to the team.
- Monitor results of team efforts and propose actions for the future.
- Supervise the department's daily workflow and monitor deadlines while keeping in within the approved budgets.
- Demonstrates creative, technical, and analytical skills.
Performing
- Must be willing to work the hours necessary to complete the job and request reasonable support of the creative team.
- Operates effectively as an individual for quick turnaround of enhancements and adjustments.
- Responsible for meeting expectations and deliverables on time and in high quality.
- Strong Organizational skills for archiving digital files and easily accessing associating paperwork.
- Utilizes storyboarding and graphic pre-designs where appropriate.
- Demonstrate and coach others to problem solve strategically, creatively, and tactically.
- Be a public-facing ambassador for the Brand Studio.
- Stay on top of video trends and tactics and be ahead of the curve on ad technology - to the extent that you are always ready to publicly present thought leadership on these subjects.
- Diploma / bachelor’s degree in advertising, fine art, design or equivalent.
- Minimum 4-5 years of working experience.
- Vast experience in Graphic Design and Filmmaking/TV productions will be an added advantage.
- Practical experience in development of creation with Photoshop, Illustrator, (Adobe Creative Suite), multimedia creation with Flash, ActionScript, (Macromedia Studio), InDesign, PowerPoint and other programs usually required.
- Ability to handle camera and production equipment.
