Warehouse Executive

Responsibilities: • Develop logistics and warehousing plans for existing operations • Obtain high levels of customer satisfaction through excellence in receiving, identifying, dispatching and assuring quality of goods. • Measure and report the effectiveness of warehousing activities and employee performances. • Plan and maintain inventory and storage area. • Managing warehouse return orders processing till closure for inventory accuracy • Communicate job expectations and train employees. • Determine staffing levels and assign workload. Overall responsibility for the day to day warehousing / shipping operations and updating of daily operations into shared drive to trend performance and capture issues for closure • Maintain items record, document necessary information and utilize reports to project warehouse status. • Identify areas of improvement and establish innovative or adjust existing work procedures and practices. • Identify, plan and manage special logistics and warehousing operations; ensure that accurate and complete reporting and internal control systems are functioning and that all relevant records are maintained. • Handle enquiries or compliance issue in relation with supply chain or transportation matters Requirements • Based in Senai, Johor • Proven work experience in warehouse and logistic field. • Self-motivated and results-oriented with the tenacity to perform in a fast-paced environment, • Highly effective supervisory skills and techniques. • Familiarity of warehouse software packages and MS Office proficiency. • Good in data analytics and problem solving • Hands-on commitment on getting the job done. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. • Proven ability to direct and coordinate operations. • Outstanding organizational and time management skills. • Possess at least a Diploma in Warehouse Management & Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration or related field, or 2 to 3 years experiences in managing logistics and warehousing are encourage to apply
