  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

You will play an important role in: ( Job Scopes/Responsibilities ):

  1. To obtain purchasing requisition approval further to purchasing processes.
  2. To perform all jobs which are compliance to standard operating procedure.
  3. To communicate with internal (colleagues) and external (suppliers, principles, freight forwarder, customs & etc) parties on matter related to planning of supply and demand, forecast, purchases, imports & delivery operation and enable organization with effective service to those connected personnel.
  4. To assist in sourcing best suppliers & negotiation on payment terms, pricing, shipping/delivery mode with maximize cost saving planning and budgeting.
  5. To assist in purchasing information, products data & pricing , suppliers information & quotation.
  6. To organize inventory control management, warehousing and distribution activities influence reliant upon import/export activities.

To be successful in this role, you would require: ( Job requirements ):

  1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
  2. Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent.
  3. At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  4. Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin.
  5. Full-Time position(s) available.
