Key Responsibilities:

  • Digital Advertising Strategy: Develop, implement, and manage digital advertising campaigns focused on driving performance through channels such as Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping), SEM, Paid Social (Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.), and more.
  • Campaign Optimization: Continuously analyze and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI, adjusting bidding strategies, targeting, creatives, and ad copy based on performance data.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance metrics (CPC, CTR, CPA, ROI, etc.) to ensure campaigns are meeting business objectives and performance goals.
  • A/B Testing: Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting strategies to maximize conversion rates and overall campaign effectiveness.
  • SEO & SEM Integration: Work closely with the SEO team to align paid advertising strategies with organic search efforts, ensuring an integrated approach for maximum results.
  • Budget Management: Manage paid advertising budgets across channels, ensuring effective allocation of spend and cost-effective strategies.
  • Market Research & Trend Analysis: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, best practices, and platform updates in the digital advertising and SEM space.
  • Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams (creative, design, product, and analytics) to ensure the alignment of paid campaigns with overall marketing goals.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Provide regular campaign performance reports and insights to key stakeholders, offering actionable recommendations to improve performance.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience: 3-5 years of hands-on experience in performance digital marketing, with a strong focus on SEM, Google Ads, and Paid Ads across multiple platforms.
  • Expertise:
    • Proven experience with SEM campaigns, Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), Paid Social (Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.), and other paid digital marketing channels.
    • Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics, KPIs, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.).
    • Experience in A/B testing, optimization, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
    • Familiarity with tools like Google Tag Manager, Google Data Studio, and SEMrush is a plus.
  • Technical Skills:
    • In-depth knowledge of paid search campaign management, bid strategies, and campaign performance optimization.
    • Ability to analyze large sets of data and derive actionable insights to drive campaign improvements.
  • Results-Driven: A track record of running successful performance-driven campaigns with measurable outcomes.
  • Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Attention to Detail: High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Team Player: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with both internal teams and external partners.
  • Languages: Excellent verbal & written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin & English. (Indonesian Native or Mandarin Native is required)
