Accounts Payable & Receivable: Handle rental collection, payments to landlords, service providers, and utility bills.
Bookkeeping & Financial Records: Maintain accurate financial records, invoices, and receipts in the accounting system.
Bank Reconciliation: Verify and reconcile transactions, ensuring proper financial reporting.
Tenant & Owner Statements: Prepare monthly rental statements and financial summaries for property owners.
Budgeting & Cash Flow Management: Monitor property expenses, analyze financial trends, and provide budget forecasts.
Vendor & Contractor Payments: Process invoices and track payments for maintenance and service providers.
Liaise with Stakeholders: Work closely with landlords, tenants, and property management teams to ensure smooth financial operations.
