We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist who can design high-converting landing pages and run performance-driven ad campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms. The ideal candidate should have experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, PPC, A/B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and landing page builders like Unbounce, Elementor, or Webflow. Key Responsibilities: • Design and optimize landing pages to improve conversions • Set up, manage, and optimize Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other PPC campaigns • Perform A/B testing to enhance ad performance and landing page effectiveness • Monitor and analyze campaign metrics, making data-driven optimizations • Collaborate with designers and developers to improve landing page UX/UI Requirements: • Proven experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid platforms • Strong knowledge of landing page builders (e.g., Unbounce, WordPress, Webflow, Leadpages, ClickFunnels, etc.) • Expertise in conversion rate optimization (CRO) and A/B testing • Familiarity with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and tracking pixels • Experience in running lead generation and e-commerce campaigns
