• To source and identify new business opportunities that are suitable for the company's business growth and expansion. • To understand client’s objective, develop and propose solution via presentation or demonstration to prospective clients. • Manage and drive key business accounts, strategies, plans and sales. • Establish strong relationships with existing collaboration partners. • Follow up and coordinate with existing collaboration partners to organize monthly workshops and appointment scheduling. Prepare status report. • To source, identify and engage with potential prospects that are available via social media platforms. • Collaborate with Marketing Team to create engaging and informative content for various communication channels, including social media, website, email and advertising. • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, consumer behaviour, opportunities, and measure marketing effectiveness. • Ensure all signed up appointments and arranged workshops are fulfilled. • Ensure all client’s inquiries and requests are handled in a timely manner. • Handle complaints to ensure client satisfaction. Document all feedbacks and compile them for training purposes. Core Qualities: • Strong commitment to excel and desire to learn • Excellent communicator and strong team player • Social media marketing skills and experience in digital marketing will be an added advantage • Be able to communicate well in writing especially web content and orally and be detail oriented • Good critical thinking and possess with web analytical skills Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics or equivalent. • 1-2 years of working experience in the related field will be an added advantage. • Willing to work beyond standard working hours when required. • Able to speak in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin. • Able to speak in Mandarin dialect (Cantonese / Hokkien) will be added advantage.
