Major Responsibilities:

  • Familiar with Southeast Asia & worldwide AI Data market & AI growth trend.
  • Grow Southeast Asia market as Appen representative / Sales leader role. Will take people manager role when Sales team grows bigger.
  • Develop new customers and new business opportunities in the territory for Appen. Have a result driven mindset and can meet sales/revenue/cash collection targets for himself.
  • Be responsible for commercial NDA, contract, MSA, SOW negotiation till contract closure with relevant functions / legal supports.
  • Proactively analyze the market and segment target customers for Appen’s service offerings (including data annotation services, data collection services, content services, datasets, platforms, etc.).
  • Closely working together with Marketing function to promote Appen’s Brand in related markets.
  • Closely working together with Appen Client Service team on shaping solutions and provide advanced technical solutions to enable client’s success.
  • Closely working with Appen Project managers on handling client escalations, billing collections etc. to achieve maximized client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above.
  • Fluent communication in English is a must, if can speak Mandarin is a plus
  • Major in computer science or working experience in IT/AI industry.
  • Have strong startup spirit; result-driven and self-motivated.
