  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Managers take part in the creation process, execute the project, prepare communication methods, find solutions to recurring issues, monitor the project’s progress from start to finish and ensure the team is getting things done.
  • Planning and developing the project idea.
  • Understanding business cases and risk management processes.
  • Exhibiting expertise to meet specific circumstances.
  • Keeping an eye on the project progress and setting deadlines.
  • Monitoring and controlling budgets.
  • Interpreting instructions correctly regardless of their form.
  • Ensuring stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Evaluating project performance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management, or a related field. PMP or equivalent certification is an advantage.
  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in manufacturing plant projects or industrial facility setup.
  • Strong understanding of business cases, risk management, and budgeting principles.
  • Ability to plan, develop, and execute project strategies effectively.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve recurring project challenges.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to monitor project progress, set deadlines, and ensure timely completion.
  • Ability to interpret technical instructions and communicate them effectively to stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills to drive project success and ensure stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Experience in evaluating project performance and implementing improvements when necessary.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across teams.

Pay: RM12,000.00 - RM13,000.00 per month
