Head Of Sales
a) To be responsible on Sales budget for the Company.
b) To set up Sales budget with respective Branch Managers.
c) Contributes to maximizing market share, minimizing market risk and maximizing
profit by developing details strategic marketing plan, implementing, monitoring
the results and taking corrective action when needed.
d) To review, formulate and implement new procedures and policies pertaining
to operations and documentation processes for Sales team as and
when deemed necessary.
e) To assist Sales teams in achieving their related sales budget.
f) To conduct regular product briefing and training to Sales teams.
g) To design marketing tools including product kit and continuously compile and
update product catalogues and pricing list in order for the Sales team to operate
effectively and efficiently.
h) To conduct market survey and compile latest market intelligence to enable the
Management to make informed decisions.
i) Secures and safeguards the competitive position of the company’s products in the
market place by recommending product development and market differentiation
initiatives.
j) To ensure timely collection for all customers, and make proposal should there be
any legal cases involved.
k) To ensure departmental expenses are in control
l) To carry out any tasks assigned by management from time to time.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Pay: RM15,500.00 - RM18,000.00 per month
