Job Summary

Your responsibilities focus on four critical areas: Security Architecture and Engineering, Security Review, Security Governance, and Security Awareness. Additionally, you will collaborate with your team members in technology evaluations, design, and of course resolving intellectually challenging security issues.
Key Responsibilities
- You will perform technical security risk assessments using security frameworks, to identify vulnerabilities, document findings, and recommend technical, administrative, compensating or physical controls to enhance security.
- You will engage directly with business groups and vendors in security discussions and methodologies.
- You will participate in design review sessions to provide recommendations on various projects.
- You will conduct research and recommend strategies, technologies, or processes to improve our security posture.
- You will review network and firewall change requests to assess risk and compliance to internal policy and standards.
- You will work together with the team to create and maintain information security policies, standards, procedures, and guidelines.
- You will provide security awareness training to educate the workforce on information security standards, policies, and standard methodologies.
- You will keep up with current and emerging technology issues including security trends, vulnerabilities, and threats.
Technologies
You should have experience in or exposure to the following technologies.
- Security Orchestration and Automation (SOAR), Security Information and Even Management (SIEM)
- Next-Gen Firewall, Web Application Firewall Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR),
- Next Gen AV
- Micro-segmentation
- Cloud Security
- Active Directory, PKI
Skills & Qualifications
Does this sound like you?
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent experience required
- Minimum 5 years working experience in the similar function.
- CISSP certification desired
- You are self-motivated with the dedication to work independently and as part of a team; ability to multi-task
- Flexibility and adaptability to make decisions quickly.
- You thrive in a team atmosphere that is dynamic with multiple changing priorities, where prioritization and time management are necessary tools.
- You possess strong communications and interpersonal skills in English with the ability to build trust and integrity in your relationships with our business partners.
- Strong grasp and in-depth technical knowledge of, security engineering, computer
- Experience in Python.
