Sales Executive

Job description: • Acquiring effective communication skills toward our customer • Learning and acquiring new product knowledge & related skills, and capable to educate or promote these products to customer. • Monitoring and analysing all competitor and product pricing in the market. • Understanding market and developing its marketing strategies in order to enhancing sales performance • Seeking new customer and new market • Enhancing existing customer sales order volume and seeking potential customer • Manage customer payment terms and payment in order to comply with company collection policy • Ensure all new customer credit facilities application are fully filled up and attached with complete set of supporting documents according to company requirements, before submitting to the company. • Prepare quotation and follow up customer feedback. • Prepare and submit daily report to superior. • To assume any additional ad-hoc duties assigned by the management. Requirement: • Possess at least Diploma in Marketing or its equivalent. • With at least 2 years relevant working experience. • Able to work independently. • Motivational and strong communication skill. • Preferable candidates with building materials knowledge. • Possess with valid driving license D.
