Manpower Administration Manage foreign workers application related to yearly medical formalities, work permit renewal, passport renewal, and handle worker inquiries. Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR databases. Office Administration Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities. Coordinate meetings, events, and administrative tasks. Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets. Update company vehicle maintenance record. Manage staff hostel facilities and maintenance. Process staff claims & allowance.
