  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  5. Click JavaScript.

Bhd. seeks a CAD-CAM PROGRAMMER MANAGER to help design test our planned upcoming projects with crate dependable, hardworking products benefitting out company’s name • Develop, test, and optimize CAD-CAM programs for CNC machining, injection molding, and precision manufacturing • Integrate CAM programs with Industry 4.0 systems for real-time process monitoring • Provide technical training on advanced CAD-CAM software. • Create detailed process workflows to standardize manufacturing operations. • Implement advanced programming techniques such as high-speed machining, multi-axis programming, and AI-assisted optimizations. • Ensure compatibility of CAM programs with multi-axis CNC machines, robotic systems, and EDM processes. • Maintain records of CAD-CAM programs, process improvements, and toolpath modifications. • Stay updated on emerging CNC programming technologies • Supervise and mentor a team of CNC programmers, automation engineers, and technicians. • Integrate CAD-CAM with ERP/MES systems for seamless production management • Implement Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen techniques to reduce waste and enhance productivity. • Conduct performance evaluations and provide guidance for skills improvement. • Analyze existing programming methods to identify inefficiencies and optimize cycle times. • Integrate automation, robotics, and AI-driven machining to enhance production efficiency. • Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for machining errors and implement corrective actions. • Manage the programming department’s budget and allocate resources effectively. • Evaluate and implement CAM software upgrades for continuous process improvements. • Collaborate with IT and software engineers to develop smart manufacturing solutions. • Generate reports on program performance, cycle times, and cost savings. • Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) for CNC programming and automation processes. REQUIRED SKILLS: • Must have 5 years and above experience in in CAD-CAM PROGRAMMING. • Candidate must possess relevant education certification • CAD Software Proficiency & Expertise • Ability to read and interpret 3D models, engineering drawings, and GD&T specifications. • Post-Processor Development Knowledge of process improvement methodologies • Cross-Department Collaboration • Performance Monitoring
