  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Oversee the warehouse operations, ensuring the operation is effective and efficient.

Monitor daily logistics & warehousing activities comprising delivery & distribution, inventory control and transportation arrangements.

To ensure timely and accurate data entry and inventory records for goods into ERP system.

Ensure proper inbound/outbound shipments, logistics planning and warehouse functions.

Manage and organize all logistics and shipping documentation process.

To analyze, solve problems and minimize stock discrepancies.

Accountable for the physical inventory management.

Responsible for the development and implementation of work instruction, risk assessment and monitoring of the effectiveness of deployment.

Periodic review on the capability to ensure the warehouse is operated in optimum level.

Ensure all the equipment and assets deployed for warehouse usage are maintained as per defined standard.

Timely submission of KPI and other performance reports.

Job Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least HIGHER SECONDARY/ STPM/ ‘A’ LEVEL/ PRE-U, PROFESSIONAL CERTIFICATE, DIPLOMA/ ADVANCED DIPLOMA, BACHELOR’S DEGREE IN LOGISTIC/TRANSPORTATION OR EQUIVALENT.

AT LEAST 1 YEAR RELEVANT WORKING EXPERIENCE.

PROFICIENT IN MICROSOFT OFFICE.

LANGUAGES: ENGLISH

KNOWLEDGE OF WAREHOUSE, LOGISTIC AND INVENTORY MANAGEMENT.

POSSES GOOD COMMUNICATION AND INTERPERSONAL SKILLS.

PREFERABLY JUNIOR EXECUTIVE SPECIALIZED IN LOGISTICS/SUPPLY CHAIN OR EQUIVALENT.
