Role
We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled Operations Technology Associate to join our team and play a vital role in maintaining and optimizing our operational technology landscape, with a primary focus on our ERP system. This role will be instrumental in ensuring seamless integration between our ERP and other operational tools, supporting our operational teams, and driving efficiency across the organization.
Responsibilities
- ERP System Troubleshooting & Resolution:
- Diagnose and resolve ERP system issues promptly, minimizing downtime and ensuring operational continuity.
- Maintain a detailed log of reported issues, resolutions, and preventive measures.
- Data Management & System Upgrades:
- Assist in data migration, integration, and system upgrades, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Conduct thorough testing and validation of system changes to prevent disruptions.
- Operational Team Training & Support:
- Develop and deliver effective training programs and user documentation to empower operational teams to maximize ERP system utilization.
- Provide responsive and knowledgeable technical support to operational users, addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
- ERP System Enhancement & Collaboration:
- Collaborate closely with the ERP System Manager to implement new features, functionalities, and system optimizations.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the ERP system by identifying and recommending process enhancements.
- Operational Tool Integration & Optimization:
- Ensure seamless integration between the ERP system and other operational tools, such as CRM and inventory management software.
- Identify and resolve integration issues, ensuring data consistency and workflow efficiency.
- Test and validate integrations after updates.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in ERP system support or related technical role.
- Strong understanding of ERP systems and their functionalities.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting technical issues and providing user support.
- Experience with data migration, integration, and system upgrades.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
