Office Staff Job Scope Position: Office Staff Location: Kawasan Perusahaan Sungai Tukang, Sungai Petani. Employment Type: Full-time Job Responsibilities: Accounting & Finance: Handle daily financial transactions, invoicing, and bookkeeping. Process accounts payable and receivable. Prepare financial reports and assist in budgeting. Manage payroll processing, staff salary disbursement, and statutory contributions. Administrative & Documentation: Maintain proper filing of company records, financial documents, and project files. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations. Manage correspondence, emails, and official communications. Assist in document preparation, data entry, and record-keeping. Dealing government proposal and documents Customer & Supplier Coordination: Follow up with customers regarding ongoing projects and payments. Maintain good relationships with customers and provide necessary support. Coordinate with suppliers for procurement of goods and parts required for production. Negotiate pricing, delivery timelines, and payment terms with suppliers. Inventory & Stock Management: Conduct weekly and monthly stock checks of raw materials and finished goods. Maintain inventory records and update stock levels in the system. Coordinate with the production team to ensure material availability. Report any discrepancies in stock levels and suggest corrective actions. General Office Operations: Support day-to-day office operations and provide assistance to other departments as needed. Handle office supplies procurement and ensure proper inventory management. Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Address and resolve any administrative issues promptly. Requirements: Diploma or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
