Job description

  • To assist in daily retail and store front and e-commerce operations.
  • Arrange and coordinate the receive, storage, and timely delivery of incoming stocks.
  • Oversee fulfilment of e-commerce orders. Monitor orders packing, schedule pickup, drop off and delivery of Shopee, TikTok Shop and Lazada orders.
  • Ensure orders are packed accurately to reduce fulfilment error.
  • Ensure workers safety standards and compliance are met with health and safety regulations.
  • Performing a daily inspection of the e-commerce and retail store to ensure tidiness and goods are arranged in order.
  • Communicate and coordinate with other departments, partners and customers.
  • To assist fulfillment team in order delivery and drop off of e-commerce parcels.

Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM/ STPM/ Diploma or higher qualifications.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a operation role in retail and/or e-commerce store is preferred.
  • Friendly and engaging personality, with the ability to create a welcoming environment for both staff and customers.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with a diverse range of people.
  • The capacity to handle pressure and solve problems in a calm and efficient manner, demonstrating patience in challenging situations.
  • A willingness to learn and adapt to new procedures, with the ability to quickly understand and apply new information and skills.
  • The ability to work effectively as part of a team, demonstrating a cooperative attitude and promoting a harmonious work environment.
  • Candidate that has Class D or DA driving license has an added advantage.
