Requirements
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven B2B Sales Executive to focus on building strong, long-term relationships with car dealers. You will play a critical role in securing customer referrals from car dealerships and driving sales growth.
Minimum SPM level
At least 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in B2B or partnership-based roles
Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is required; additional language is an added advantage
Strong sense of responsibility is essential
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with car dealers
Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently
Willingness to travel and work flexible hours to meet business needs
A passion for the automotive or EV industry is a plus
Responsibilities
Approach car dealers and establish mutually beneficial referral partnerships
Maintain and nurture relationships with car dealers to ensure a steady flow of customer referrals
Present the company’s EV charging solutions effectively to car dealers and their customers
Conduct follow-up sales activities to address inquiries and provide exceptional service
Support car dealers with marketing materials and training to enhance their promotion capabilities
Maintain accurate records of interactions with car dealers and referral outcomes
Identify and develop strategies to expand the network of car dealer partnerships
Occasionally handle B2B project requests, including preparing quotations and proposals (potential additional responsibility)
