  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Overview

Seeking a proactive and results-driven Supervisor Sales Consultant to lead a sales team, drive performance, and ensure successful sales operations. The role involves team management, sales strategy execution, and customer relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

1. Team Supervision

  • Lead and manage a team of sales executives to achieve sales targets
  • Provide training, guidance, and support to enhance team performance

2. Sales Strategy Implementation

  • Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company objectives
  • Monitor and evaluate sales performance, making adjustments as needed

3. Sales Activities

  • Oversee daily sales operations, including calls, appointments, and deal closures
  • Assist the team in closing high-value or complex sales

4. Sales Reporting

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management
  • Provide feedback and insights to optimize sales strategies

5. Event Management

  • Plan and participate in company events, seminars, and marketing initiatives
  • Ensure the team is well-prepared and represents the company professionally

6. Customer Relationship Management

  • Maintain strong relationships with key clients and address any concerns
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services

7. Target Achievement

  • Drive the team to consistently meet and exceed sales targets
  • Motivate and inspire the team to achieve their individual and collective goals

Requirements:
