  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Location: JALAN IMBI, Kuala Lumpur (nearby TRX/next to Beldico Chocolate Kingdom)

  • Proven experience as a baker in a café, bakery, or pastry kitchen.
  • Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment.
  • Ability to work early mornings and stand for extended periods in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and proficiency in baking and presentation.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
  • Ability to follow recipes while also bringing creativity to new products.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills to collaborate with other kitchen staff.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and meet production deadlines.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and bake a variety of baked goods, including breads, pastries, and desserts, following established recipes and quality standards.
  • Measure and mix ingredients accurately to achieve consistent textures and flavors.
  • Operate and maintain baking equipment such as ovens, mixers, and proofers.
  • Monitor baking times and temperatures to ensure products are baked to perfection.
  • Assist in developing new recipes and seasonal menu items in collaboration with the team.
  • Maintain inventory of baking ingredients and supplies, ensuring stock levels are managed efficiently.
  • Follow food safety and hygiene regulations to maintain a clean and sanitary work environment.
  • Work efficiently to meet production schedules while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Assist in decorating and finishing baked goods to enhance presentation.
  • Ensure proper storage and labeling of baked products to maintain freshness.
