  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Responsibilities:-

  • Monitor transactions and ensure that suppliers' invoices, debit notes, and credit notes are properly matched and attached with supporting documents.
  • Handle inquiries from suppliers regarding payments .
  • Reconcile statements for purchases, vendors, and intercompany transactions.
  • Prepare analytical reports to supplement the financial statements.
  • Conduct check for imported goods versus the customs declaration form.
  • Ensure that self-billed E-Invoices are submitted according to the IRB deadline.
  • Ensure proper departmental approval and that the correct form is used by the requester for any new fixed assets (FA),transfers, scrap and retirement.
  • Countercheck and acknowledge the Fixed Asset Form.
  • Issue fixed asset tags to the requester once the FA number has been created in the system and ensuring that tags are attached to the correct fixed assets as maintained in the system.
  • Perform yearly fixed asset sightings.
  • Ensure that the FA depreciation rate complies with Accounting Standards.
  • Manage fixed assets transactions in the system.
  • Ensure all Keyed fixed assets purchased and owned by company are properly evaluated during its buy off acceptance stage.
  • Prepare and deliver costing monthly analysis reports to support financial information on factory performance.

Requirements:-

  • At least A" Level/Pre-U, Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
  • Have knowledge in Malaysia Accounting Standards, Auditing Standards, Tax practice and regulations.
  • Able to work independently.
  • Possess analytical and problem solving skills, able to attend to details and assess financial impact of decisions.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Permanent position at Bayan Lepas, Penang.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
