Job Descriptions :
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Communicating with customers through various channels.
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
- Knowing our business operation inside and out so that you can answer questions.
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
- Adhoc duties and requests as required by the company.
- Customer care channel/platforms involved: CRM Ticketing, Shopee Chat, Lazada Chat, FB Chat, Incoming inquiry via email or phone call and Estore chat
Job requirements :
- Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply or,
- At least 1 years working experience, prefer in customer service industry.
- Minimum Diploma or higher in related field.
- Fast learner and computer savvy.
- Action and solution-oriented mindset.
- Passionate about improving customer experience.
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
- Good communication and presentation skills – verbal and written.
- Willing to travel, as the office will be located at Caring HQ Petaling Jaya and will be moved to Bandar Bukit Raja 2 in mid 2025.
