As a Digital Marketing Specialist, your primary goal is to drive the growth of brand’s digital presence, enhance brand visibility & brand conversions across various online channels.

Job Description

You will be responsible for implementing and optimising digital marketing strategies to attract, engage, and retain client’s consumers. By leveraging your expertise in digital marketing tools and techniques, you will contribute to the expansion of the brand’s customer base and increase online conversions. This role will require a strong appetite to learn, shows self-initiative, excellent communications skill, good analytical thinking, a team player, good attitude and outgoing personality.

Day-to-day Duties

Four (4) primary responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies by managing integrated campaigns across Facebook, LinkedIn, Google, and TikTok, aligning marketing efforts with business objectives, leveraging content, paid marketing & SEO for organic growth, and collaborating with content, design, and development teams to create high-quality digital assets.
  • Optimise paid performance marketing by strategizing, executing, and refining ad campaigns to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and conversions, ensuring precise audience targeting, budget allocation, and ad creative optimization across multiple platforms while continuously improving cost efficiency and ROI.
  • Track, analyze, and report on marketing performance by setting up and managing tracking tools, monitoring key metrics like CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS, conducting A/B testing for campaign optimization, and providing insightful reports with recommendations to improve marketing effectiveness.
  • Maintain and grow strong relationships with clients, providing strategic recommendations and ensuring campaign success.


When it comes to day-to-day, duties typically include:

  • Plan, execute, and manage integrated digital marketing campaigns across Facebook, LinkedIn, Google, and TikTok while ensuring alignment with business goals and maintaining brand positioning consistency.
  • Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to create engaging digital assets, including landing pages, email campaigns, blog posts, and social media ads that enhance campaign performance and audience engagement.
  • Leverage SEO strategies to improve organic traffic and website rankings by optimizing content, conducting keyword research, and staying updated with search engine algorithm changes.
  • Strategize, set up, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on multiple platforms to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition while ensuring effective audience targeting and budget allocation.
  • Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to enhance ad targeting and optimize ad spend, ensuring campaigns remain competitive and cost-efficient.
  • Monitor and adjust campaign performance by analyzing KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversions, refining bidding strategies, and improving creative assets to maximize ROI.
  • Set up and manage tracking tools like Meta Pixel, Google Analytics, TikTok Pixel, and UTM parameters to ensure accurate performance tracking and data-driven decision-making.
  • Run A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, and landing pages to optimize campaign effectiveness and improve conversion rates.
  • Generate and present performance reports with insights and strategic recommendations for continuous marketing optimization.
  • Engage with internal teams and external clients to align marketing strategies with business objectives, provide campaign updates, and offer data-driven recommendations for improvement.


Successful candidates shall possess:

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong background in managing paid advertising campaigns across Facebook, LinkedIn, Google, and TikTok.
  • Proficiency in tracking & analytics, including setting up Meta Pixel, Google Analytics, TikTok Pixel, and other tracking tools.
  • Strong verbal and analytical skills to manage client accounts, analyze data, and drive actionable results.
  • Experience in SEO, landing pages, and funnel optimization (bonus skill).
  • Data-driven mindset – ability to analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
  • Excellent project & time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple marketing campaigns efficiently.
  • Proactive problem-solving attitude, with a keen interest in continuously learning and improving.
  • Degree holder: Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
