Key Account (Junior Sales Representatives)
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Key Executive to drive business growth and manage key client relationships. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, business development, and account management, particularly within the healthcare industry.
Key Responsibilities:
-Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth.
-Identify new business opportunities and drive sales to meet revenue targets.
-Act as the main point of contact between the company and clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
-Work closely with the marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with company objectives.
-Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for management.
-Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability.
-Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to identify growth opportunities.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Preferably speak mandarin and cantonese.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
