Position: Sales Admin

Location: Puchong

Working days:

  • Monday to Friday 9am – 6pm
  • Saturday 9am - 1 pm (WFH)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining and updating sales and customer records.
  • Maintaining strong relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Communicating with customers via call, whats-app or email to address inquiries.
  • Entering sales orders in the system and coordinating with warehouse for delivery or pick-up.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma/Degree and above.
  • Able to speak and read Mandarin and English.
  • Team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently in a fast spaced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Fixed shift
