Job Summary:

We are looking for a Chargeman HT (BO 11KV) to oversee facility maintenance operations. This role involves leading the maintenance team, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, monitoring third-party contractors, and maintaining essential equipment. The Chargeman HT will also act on behalf of the Facility Manager when needed and ensure compliance with ISO 9001 quality management standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the facility maintenance team.
Perform preventive & corrective maintenance on building systems.
Ensure compliance with safety policies and statutory regulations.
Supervise third-party contractors and maintenance schedules.
Maintain records, reports, and documentation.
Act as the Facility Manager’s representative when required.

Requirements:

Chargeman BO 11KV/33KV Certificate (Suruhanjaya Tenaga).
Min. 2 years of experience in facility/electrical maintenance.
Strong knowledge of Electric Supply Act & Electricity Regulations.
Able to perform minor plumbing & civil works.
Good leadership, teamwork & problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia & English.
