ABOUT THIS ROLE
This role will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet an organization’s workforce needs. This role involves developing recruitment strategies, managing the hiring process, and ensuring positive candidate experience.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Talent Sourcing & Recruitment – identify and attract top candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals. Develop and implement effective strategies. Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidates.
- Hiring Process Management – Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements. Schedule and conduct interviews, assessments, and background checks. Ensure a smooth and timely hiring process.
- Employer Branding and Candidate Experience – Promote the company’s employer brand to attract top talents. Ensure a positive candidate experience from application to onboarding.
- Workforce Planning and Data Management – Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment reports. Use recruitment analytics to improve hiring efficiency.
- Compliance and Policy Adherence – Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company hiring policies. Maintain confidentiality of candidate information.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, bachelor’s degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English. Other languages are an advantage.
- At least 4 years’ work experience in HR, preferably in recruitment for services sector and sales area.
- Applicants must be willing to work in the KL Sentral area, and onsite.

Ria Money Transfer offers a competitive salary and benefits package. The reasonable maximum estimated annual pay for this role is up to MYR84,000. Actual compensation is based upon factors such as the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
