Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Retail Operations Admin Intern to support our retail operations team with administrative tasks and operational coordination. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and eager to learn about the administrative aspects of retail management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in daily administrative tasks related to retail operations, including data entry and record-keeping.
  • Maintain and update inventory records, ensuring accuracy in stock levels and assisting with stock reconciliation.
  • Prepare and generate sales reports, operational metrics, and performance analysis for management review.
  • Coordinate store documentation, including invoices, purchase orders, and supplier records.
  • Assist in processing orders, returns, and exchanges, ensuring proper documentation and system updates.
  • Support retail staff scheduling and shift planning by updating rosters and attendance records.
  • Liaise with different departments to ensure smooth communication and workflow between stores and headquarters.
  • Assist in organizing promotional campaigns, price adjustments, and merchandising updates.
  • Provide administrative support for staff training sessions, meetings, and internal communications.
