  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Position Overview:
Are you passionate about fashion, customer service, and e-commerce? We are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic E-commerce Marketing Operations Intern to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will handle customer service and order fulfillment processes, ensuring our customers have a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Provide top-notch customer service through various channels, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Order Fulfillment: Assist in processing orders, managing inventory, and ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment.
  • Communication: Engage with customers via email, chat, and social media, providing updates and responding to their needs.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to coordinate promotional activities and campaigns.
  • Market Research: Conduct research to understand customer preferences and feedback, helping to improve our products and services.
  • Ad-hoc Duties: Perform other administrative and support tasks as required.
