  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We are currently looking for go-getters to join our team to help us with:

  • Fielding Inbound Inquiries: Handle customer inquiries professionally through various channels, provide information, and route queries as needed.
  • Resolving After-Sales Issues: Take ownership of customer concerns, investigate, collaborate for solutions, and maintain communication for issue resolution.
  • Activating Solar PV Systems: Oversee system activation, quality checks, and customer instructions for smooth operations.
  • Collecting Feedback from Customers: Proactively gather and analyze customer feedback and contribute to improving products and services.
  • Assist in Documenting SOPs: Collaborate to create and update standard operating procedures, focusing on clarity and compliance.
  • Prepare and Generate Solar System Performance Reports: Create timely and detailed performance reports, analyze data, and present findings effectively.
  • Assist in Ensuring Internal SOPs are Up-to-Date: Participate in reviewing and updating internal procedures, emphasizing customer-centric approaches.

Pay: RM900.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
