Job Summary:
The Restaurant Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring excellent customer service, and managing the staff.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage restaurant staff (servers, cooks, etc.)
Ensure high-quality customer service and address any concerns or complaints
Train and motivate staff to meet service standards
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant
Ensure food safety and health regulations are followed
Assist with inventory control and ordering supplies
Help with scheduling staff and managing shifts
Assist in managing costs and meeting sales targets
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a supervisory role in a restaurant
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
