Key Responsibilities:-

Product & Inventory Management

  • Maintain accurate product listings (descriptions, images, pricing, attributes, categories, and keywords) to optimize navigation and search functionality.
  • Analyze sales trends, monitor stock levels, track product expirations, and coordinate with procurement to prevent stockouts or overstocking.

Website & Marketplace Optimization

  • Enhance website and marketplace (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok) content and search functions to improve user experience and conversion rates.
  • Develop and execute e-commerce sales strategies to meet revenue and growth targets.
  • Coordinate promotions, discounts, and campaigns, ensuring seamless execution with zero downtime.
  • Maintain marketplace account health at top-tier standards.

Marketing & Campaign Execution

  • Support and execute digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, email, social media) to drive traffic and conversions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop promotional strategies and content.
  • Monitor campaign performance, optimize for ROI, and ensure timely deployment of marketing assets.
  • Manage XHS projects and maintain marketplace compliance.

Order Fulfillment & Customer Experience

  • Oversee e-commerce operations, ensuring smooth order fulfillment and logistics coordination.
  • Address customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback to enhance the shopping experience.
  • Maintain high customer service standards to drive repeat purchases and loyalty.
  • Continuously improve processes to eliminate delays in fulfillment and shipping.

Sales & Performance Analysis

  • Analyze sales data and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities.
  • Generate reports on product performance, sales trends, and promotions.
  • Provide actionable insights to optimize e-commerce strategies and take immediate action on performance dips.

Operational Efficiency & Continuous Improvement

  • Improve workflows, enhance coordination across teams, and implement best practices for long-term efficiency.
  • Explore automation and technology to boost productivity while maintaining quality.
  • Proactively address potential issues to sustain stability while driving innovation and scalability.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in e-commerce operations, online retail, or marketplace management.
  • Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, etc.) and marketplaces (Lazada, Shopee, TikTok Shop).
  • Experience in digital marketing, SEO, and online advertising is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work cross-functionally.
