About the Job

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Nurse to join our aesthetic clinic team. As an Aesthetic Nurse, you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional care to clients seeking cosmetic and aesthetic treatments. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic, client-focused environment that emphasizes innovation, safety, and delivering outstanding results.

Client Consultations

  • Perform detailed assessments of clients' skin conditions, aesthetic concerns, and medical histories.
  • Develop personalized treatment plans aligned with clients' goals.

Treatment Delivery

  • Administer non-surgical aesthetic treatments, including but not limited to:

- Face & Neck Skin Treatments (Retinol, Light Therapy, etc.)
- Hair Treatments (Nourishing Hair Oil, Hydrating Hair Mask, etc.)
- Tattoo Removal (Laser Removal, Dermabrasion, etc.)
- Skin Treatments (Laser Resurfacing, Microdermabrasion, etc.)
- Mothers Care (Stretch Mark Reduction, Breast Rejuvenation, etc.)

  • Ensure proper documentation of procedures, including treatment records and consent forms.

Client Education and Support

  • Provide pre- and post-treatment instructions and follow-up care.
  • Address client questions or concerns with professionalism and empathy.

Compliance and Safety

  • Follow all health and safety protocols, including infection control measures.
  • Maintain compliance with local healthcare regulations and clinic policies.
  • Regularly inspect and maintain treatment equipment for functionality and cleanliness.

Continuous Learning

  • Participate in training and workshops to stay updated on the latest techniques and products.
  • Share insights and innovations with the clinic team.

Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with the medical director, clinic staff, and support team to deliver seamless client experiences.
  • Contribute to the clinic's success by supporting marketing efforts, including social media content or attending promotional events when necessary

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or equivalent
  • Active nursing license (RN/NP/LPN as required by local regulations).
  • Certification in aesthetic procedures is preferred.
  • At least 1 year of clinical nursing experience; prior experience in aesthetics, dermatology, or cosmetic surgery is a plus.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Basic knowledge of aesthetic treatments and skincare products (preferred).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
