  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

This role involves identifying, engaging, and enrolling prospective students through various marketing and outreach strategies. If you are passionate about education, student success, and have strong interpersonal skills, this is an exciting opportunity for you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively recruit students for universities, colleges, and education programs
  • Conduct consultations with students and parents, providing guidance on course selection, admissions, and career pathways
  • Develop and maintain relationships with schools, tuition centers, and student communities
  • Manage inquiries through phone, email, WhatsApp, and social media, providing timely and accurate responses
  • Organize and participate in education fairs, school visits, webinars, and promotional events
  • Implement lead generation strategies through digital marketing, social media engagement, and networking
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute recruitment campaigns
  • Maintain and update student inquiry records, databases, and follow-ups
  • Ensure admissions processes are smooth, assisting students with applications and required documentation
  • Meet student recruitment targets and provide weekly performance reports

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Experience in student recruitment, sales, or education consultation is an advantage
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems, and social media platforms
  • Familiarity with digital marketing and lead generation strategies
  • Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet recruitment targets
  • Willingness to travel for school visits, education fairs, and marketing activities
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia (additional languages are a plus)
