About the role
We are seeking a reliable and organized General Administrative Assistant to support the smooth operations of the company. This role involves a various administrative and office support duties to help keep daily operations running efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and assist with day-to-day administrative and operational tasks.
- Ensure proper documentation and filing are completed in a timely and organized manner.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in both digital and physical.
- Assist with document management, including scanning, archiving and retrieval.
- Handle phone calls, respond to emails, and manage daily correspondence professionally.
- Resolve administrative related issues.
- Perform other general administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication and time management abilities.
- Reliable, responsible, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Prior experience in an administrative role is a plus.
