  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership & Profitability

  • Develop and execute growth strategies to drive business expansion in Johor Bahru.
  • Identify and implement initiatives to increase revenue and reduce overall end-to-end costs.
  • Continuously optimize business operations to enhance profitability and efficiency.

Sales, Operations & Financial Oversight

  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of sales consultants, project engineers, and administrative executives.
  • Oversee sales performance, daily operations, and financial activities to ensure targets are met.
  • Analyze financial reports, identify cost-saving opportunities, and drive sustainable profitability.

Market Analysis & Business Development

  • Assess market trends and competitive landscape to refine business strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Explore new revenue streams and business opportunities.

Risk Management & Compliance

  • Ensure operational compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Implement risk mitigation strategies and crisis management plans.
  • Provide regular reports to headquarters on sales, financial performance, and market trends.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a senior management or General Manager role.
  • Strong financial acumen with expertise in P&L management, cost control, and revenue optimization.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute business strategies.
  • Strong leadership and team development skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and decision-making abilities.
  • Familiarity with the local market and regulatory landscape is an advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
