Job Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership & Profitability
- Develop and execute growth strategies to drive business expansion in Johor Bahru.
- Identify and implement initiatives to increase revenue and reduce overall end-to-end costs.
- Continuously optimize business operations to enhance profitability and efficiency.
Sales, Operations & Financial Oversight
- Lead and develop a high-performing team of sales consultants, project engineers, and administrative executives.
- Oversee sales performance, daily operations, and financial activities to ensure targets are met.
- Analyze financial reports, identify cost-saving opportunities, and drive sustainable profitability.
Market Analysis & Business Development
- Assess market trends and competitive landscape to refine business strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Explore new revenue streams and business opportunities.
Risk Management & Compliance
- Ensure operational compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Implement risk mitigation strategies and crisis management plans.
- Provide regular reports to headquarters on sales, financial performance, and market trends.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a senior management or General Manager role.
- Strong financial acumen with expertise in P&L management, cost control, and revenue optimization.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute business strategies.
- Strong leadership and team development skills.
- Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and decision-making abilities.
- Familiarity with the local market and regulatory landscape is an advantage.
