Clinic assistant / Nurse assistant
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Clinic Assistant to join our medical team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the clinic by providing various essential support tasks. This is a full-time position with rotating shifts (morning and evening), and the selected candidate will be responsible for a wide range of duties, including cleaning the clinic, assisting doctors during procedures, managing patient registrations, dispensing medications, and maintaining stock levels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clinic Maintenance: Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are consistently maintained throughout the clinic. This includes cleaning patient areas, examination rooms, and general spaces.
- Dispensing Medication: Accurately dispense medications to patients as prescribed by the doctor, ensuring proper handling and labelling.
- Patient Registration: Assist in registering patients, ensuring their information is accurately recorded in the clinic’s system.
- Stock Management: Regularly check and stock up on medications and basic supplies to ensure availability and readiness for patient care.
- Assisting Doctors: Provide support during medical procedures by preparing necessary tools, equipment, and assisting with patient care when required.
Requirements:
- Minimum of SPM/ Diploma in Healthcare or relevant field
- Prior experience in a healthcare setting is preferred but not required
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team
- Willingness to work on a rotating shift schedule
- Ability to maintain a high level of cleanliness and attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of medical supplies and medications is a plus
- Must be punctual, reliable, and adaptable to changing clinic needs

- This is a full-time position with rotating shifts (AM and PM)
