
Customer Support & Admin Officer
Job Responsibilities:
· Provide good customer support to our corporate customers, including end-to- end management of customers’ orders and requests.
· Respond promptly to customers’ inquiries, including requests for quotations, service support and documentation.
· Prepare and submit quotations to customers promptly.
· Prepare and submit documents required by customers in their respective management systems.
· Proactively update customers on their order status and shipment schedules.
· Maintain accurate and updated records of spare parts price lists for customers.
· Coordinate and liaise with customers, forwarders and internal departments to fulfil customers’ orders and ensure timely execution of shipments.
· Prepare and submit documentation to assist customers with custom queries.
· Work closely with internal teams to manage customers’ issues & solution implementation.
· Handle general administrative duties, office improvements, facilities and equipment maintenance, housekeeping matters, etc.
· Attend to phone calls, customers, visitors and suppliers.
· Coordinate local & overseas shipment.
· Assist to check and pack goods for shipment when required.
· Assist in stock-take activity.
Job Requirements:
· Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in a relevant field.
· At least 3 years of related work experience. Candidates with more years of experience may be considered for a senior position with higher remuneration.
· Strong command of spoken and written English.
· Proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage to facilitate communication with Mandarin-speaking associates.
· Possess a customer-centric mindset.
· Meticulous & hardworking with strong organizational and analytical skills.
· Good self-drive and self-discipline with minimal supervision required and possess a 'Can Do' attitude.
· High level of integrity and can be trusted in handling confidential information.
· Able to work well in a team as well as being independent and pro-active.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,667.98 - RM2,954.29 per month
