Responsibilities
- Responsible for the daily finance operations and ensure adherence to all relevant controls, regulations, policies and guidelines.
- Overseeing finance processes including Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
- Ensure that all accounts/reports (Internal/external) are prepared in accordance/compliance with approved accounting standards, Group reporting requirements, and regulatory (BNM) requirements.
- Ensure timely GL/SL reconciliation towards data integrity and reliability; following up on all exceptions for resolution.
- Monitor budgeting control process and identify overall cost savings (Expense Management).
- Managing new registration of vendors and assist in new vendor selection and recommendation.
- Involve in annual budgeting cycle and monthly forecasting process
- Prepare Tax Computations (yearly and estimates), SST submission, yearly Transfer Pricing documentation and review WHT submission.
- Manage and hand on in full spectrum of payroll process and review payroll reconciliations.
- Support and assist in other ad hoc duties, projects and activities as assigned by superior.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in finance/accounting or related fields
- Minimum 3 to 4 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting roles, preferably in the insurance industry
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must.
- Strong analytical and presentation skills.
- Attentive to details and able to work with tight deadlines under minimal supervision.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English languages in both written and verbal.

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
