Role Purpose

To lead, coordinate and control AeroDarat Services daily ground operations activities at Sabah and Sarawak. Ensuring execution plan and/or decision must at all times be effective and in accordance to company's Business objective. To lead AeroDarat Services Crisis Center during crisis and emergency and in compliance with company's Business Continuty Plan (BCP), Safety and Security standard.

Key Accountability

To develop effective internal strategy and implementation plan in achieving the departmental and divisional objectives on OTP and to initiate corrective actions (recovery plan) for cases of ground process irregularities involving or impacting ADS.
To monitor, analyze, coordinate and control ground operations activities for above and below the wing at peninsula stations. To make operational decision in accordance to company policy and most convenience to the customer and to promote safety and security awareness at every touch point.
To represent AeroDarat Services (contact person) between MAB and FOCA for ground activities in relation to changes in flight schedule, passengers and baggage at BKI and KCH. Proficient in analyzing, improving and controlling the financial impact of flight delays and misconnections of passengers.
To establish good relation and constant engagement with Malaysia Airport Holding Berhad, Department of Civil Aviation, Customer Airlines and other external agencies. To plan and coordinate ground handling processes in order to optimize handling resources and cost.
To setup and lead AeroDarat Services Crisis Center during emergency.To anticipate and highlight necessary changes in ADS handling processes or activities to Head of Domestic Ops due to revision in flight frequencies, schedules ,sectors, ground time, etc.

Qualification

Degree/Professional qualifications or its equivalent from recognized higher institutions with 7 years of related experience
which include a minimum of 1 year in SAS grade or
Diploma/STPM of its equivalent with 12 years of related experience and a minimum of 1 year in SAS grade or
SPM or its equivalent with 20 years of related experience and a minimum of 1 years in SAS grade.

Working Experience

Minimun 7 years in airport operations related to ground handling

Skills & Knowledge

Good leadership quality and able to manage/drive 6 strong operational units in meeting the targeted OTP.
Well verse with IATA Standard ground handle agreement
Project management skill
Good decision making in daily operation matters. Oversight on the compliance level of all ADS ground operation areas, support vendors and 36 customer airlines at BKI and KCH.
Capable to coordinate within limited resources and high expectation.
