  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.

Job Description:
  • Perform routine preventive maintenance to prevent equipment failures and ensure smooth operations.
  • Assist in troubleshooting and repairing mechanical and electrical systems, responding to emergency breakdowns when needed.
  • Conduct facility inspections to identify and address repair needs.
  • Manage maintenance tools, spare parts, and plumbing supplies while keeping inventory records updated.
  • Communicate maintenance updates with supervisors and support junior team members through training and guidance.
  • Install, repair, and maintain water supply and drainage systems, addressing leaks, clogged pipes, and faulty fixtures.
  • Ensure compliance with plumbing codes and workplace safety standards while assisting with larger plumbing projects.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in warehouse operations is an advantage.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to foster collaboration and teamwork across departments and stakeholders.
  • A diploma in a relevant field is preferred, but candidates with transferable skills are encouraged to apply.
  • Knowledge of warehouse maintenance is beneficial.
  • Work schedule: 45 hours per week on a rotational shift, with overtime as needed (up to 6 days).
  • Work location: Bukit Raja, Klang.
