Responsibilities

  • To lead, manage and provide support of HR function including recruitment, payroll, statutory contribution, performance appraisal, salary review, industrial relations, compensation & benefits and other HR administrative tasks.
  • Manage all labor cost and take lead on draft manpower budget, manpower planning, staff welfares and review all compensation scheme from time to time
  • Perform full cycle of recruitment including sourcing of candidates, screening, coordinating interview, on-boarding and exit management.
  • Prepare monthly payments listing and payroll budgets/forecasts to Finance teams.
  • Checking and verify employees' monthly attendance records, overtime and expenses claims.
  • Responsible in processing timely and accurate monthly payroll including submission of all statutory reports such as EPF, Socso/EIS, Income Tax and HRD.
  • Handle the issuance of HR correspondence letter, warning letter, termination letter and memorandum.
  • Manage employee disciplinary matters and taken necessary disciplinary action.
  • To review, update Job Descriptions, Employee Handbook, SOP, Memo and other HR related documents from time to time and ensure employees understand and comply with the HR policies and procedures
  • Hiring, onboarding, orientation, training and development
  • Handling HRD application /grant and employees' Socso claims (if any)
  • Planning and execution of company events such as festival meal, condolences gifts, team-building and employee related programs.
  • Providing administration support in Admin, including staff attendance, company car maintenance & insurance, hostel issue and hostel tenancy agreement.
  • Monitoring ensure all matters related to foreign worker permit and passport renewal, fomema insurance.
  • Perform any other related duties assigned from time to time by the Management.

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): English , Bahasa Malaysia
  • Able to communicate in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
  • Preferable at least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Working experience in F&B, Restaurant Chain Industry will have added advantage
  • Well verse with employment-related legislation in relation to HR (Employment Act, Industrial Act and etc.)
  • Experience in handling relevant local / foreign labor authorities such as statutory, labor, foreign workers, immigrations, embassy etc.
  • Experience with using Timesoft Payroll system is added advantages
  • Independent, sound judgement and ability to maintain confidentiality

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM7,500.00 per month
