  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents

Customer Service & Sales Support:

  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong communication skills in English & Bahasa
  • Ability to work on weekends
  • Respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, email, and phone calls.
  • Provide detailed information on travel packages, promotions, and visa requirements.
  • Assist customers with bookings, payment processing, and general travel-related queries.
  • Follow up with leads and potential customers to convert inquiries into sales.
  • Previous working experience in customer service, or customer service related fields (i.e. Telemarketing, Billing, Customer Liaison etc) is an added advantage but not essential
  • Possess good telephone etiquette with a smiley voice.
  • Knowledge in handling basic computer (Microsoft Excel/Word etc).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage time effectively

    Social Media Engagement:

    • Monitor and reply to comments, messages, and inquiries on social media platforms (IG, FB, WhatsApp, etc.).
    • Engage with customers professionally to build relationships and enhance brand presence.
    • Escalate urgent issues or complaints to the relevant team members for resolution.
    • Social media savvy

      General Administrative Tasks:

      • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update booking details.
      • Coordinate with the sales and operations team to ensure smooth travel arrangements.
      • Assist in preparing customer FAQs, responses, and template messages for efficiency
