    We are currently seeking an experienced and results-driven Operations Manager to oversee and optimize our business operations. This role requires a strategic leader who can enhance operational efficiency, drive continuous improvement, and ensure seamless coordination across HR, Finance, and Performance Management.

    Responsibilities:

    • Operational Strategy & Leadership: Develop and implement operational strategies that align with the company’s objectives and long-term growth plans.
    • Human Resources Management: Oversee HR operations, including recruitment, employee engagement, training, and compliance with labor laws.

    • Performance Monitoring & KPI Management: Define, track, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate operational effectiveness and drive improvements.
      Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies in workflows, recommend process improvements, and implement best practices to enhance productivity.
    • Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure all operations comply with regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry standards.
    • Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with HR, finance, and administrative teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
    • Team Development & Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing operations team to ensure effective execution of business functions.
