1) Perform general admin duties and handle daily admin and operation activities.
2) Organize proper systematic filing records and documents.
3) Assist in liaising with internal staff to ensure the operation runs smoothly.
4) Overall upkeep and maintenance of the office.
5) Travel arrangement and management (ad-hoc)
6) Coordinate on preparing the required refreshments for internal/external meetings.
7) Admin vendor management (renewal, invoices, PO for payment)
8) To assist and participate in any ad-hoc task as required.
1) Current student or recent graduate pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
2) Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
3) Excellent written and verbal communication skills in the English language.
4) Ability to work independently at times and also in a team.
5) Positive attitude.
