
Multimedia Designer
- Develop creative concept and visual ideas based on the client’s business objectives, which includes corporate branding, lead generation, e-commerce sales, etc.
- Research and propose visual directions, and set content angles and tones.
- Ensure quality and accuracy of execution/production from initial concept through final output.
- Have experience working on various types of artwork, including social media posts, digital banner ads, landing pages, electronic direct mailers, websites, corporate videos, promotional videos, digital billboards, etc.
- Able to produce still graphics or motion graphics design independently.
- Very detailed and able to maintain quality and meet client expectations.
- Presenting ideas and proposals to the internal team.
Education: Candidate must possess Degree or Diploma in Art/Design/Creative Multimedia/Media/Mass Communications/Public Relations/Advertising or equivalent
Experience: Minimum 3 solid years of experience working as a designer, preferably in a marketing/advertising/PR agency. Similar experiences will be considered.
Attitude: open-minded to learn new softwares, proactive to complete on time, very detailed to minimize error, multi-tasking ability to support few clients at the same time, collaborative with other team members to ensure client satisfaction.
Fundamental: understanding of advertising, corporate identity, typography, photography, layout, and printing, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator. Knowledge of Canva, After Effects, Premiere, InDesign are plus points.
Progressive: continuously learn from competitors’ ads, and stay updated on new visual trends on different channels and new tools that can enhance/ speed up visual design.
