You will have the following responsibilities:
- Manage and build ad campaigns using Google (search, youtube, display), Facebook, LinkedIn and any other paid digital marketing platforms for different industries including both B2B and B2C
- Optimize ads in response to analytics data and performance trends to hit KPIs i.e. minimise marketing spending and maximise ROI
- Delivery of monthly analysis reporting on ads performance to internal and client-side stakeholders.
- Able to recommend which digital platforms and how to set up and track the campaign to meet client’s objective e.g. database acquisition, leads generation, e-commerce sales, etc.
- Able to study and understand buyer mindset and enhance the creative, visual, messaging and audience in ad campaigns to drive optimum performance.
- Sensitive to numbers and willing to monitor performance metrics daily to ensure KPI and customer goals are met.
What we would like from you:
- At least 1-2 years of SEM experience either in-house or from an agency
- Knowledge of paid media channels, with hands-on search account building and proven account growth essential
- Analytical, organised, and KPI/ result-oriented.
- Detailed, able to multi-task and adhere to deadlines.
- Comfortable with numbers for budget management as well as making optimization decisions
- Able to perform ad tracking via GTM
- Understand sales/ conversion funnel, CPM, CPC, CPA, ROAS. LTV.
- Working knowledge of tools such as Google ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Facebook (Meta), Instagram and Google Sheets/Excel
- A bonus (good to have) would be having ad experience using Twitter, Linkedin and Tiktok platforms
