Studio Chingy is a digital agency based in Kuala Lumpur. We specialise in offering custom digital software solutions tailored to our clients’ needs. We are seeking an independent and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team and drive client acquisition, strengthen our brand presence, and optimise our marketing strategies.

Role Overview:

As our Digital Marketing Specialist, you will work directly with the founders to develop and execute strategies that attract new clients and showcase our expertise. This role requires someone proactive, self-motivated, and capable of working independently to deliver measurable results. We strongly support remote working, with one or two (subject to change) in-person meetings per week to facilitate collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with the founders to align marketing efforts with business goals and client needs.
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to generate leads and acquire new clients worldwide.
  • Create and manage content for social media, email campaigns, blog posts, and other digital channels.
  • Optimise Studio Chingy’s website to effectively showcase our digital software solutions, case studies, and services.
  • Manage social media accounts to engage with target audiences and build brand awareness.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential clients.
  • Plan and execute cold outreach campaigns (emails, LinkedIn, etc.) to connect with potential clients.
  • Track and analyse the performance of marketing efforts, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Assist in developing promotional materials and client proposals.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, ideally (but not obligatory) in the tech or creative industries.
  • Strong understanding of content marketing, SEO, and social media strategies.
  • Great written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, social media platforms, and marketing automation tools.
  • Highly self-motivated with a strong focus on achieving results independently.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Familiarity with client acquisition strategies, such as lead generation and cold emailing, is a strong advantage.
