Job Description As a Business/Clinical Analyst, you will be involved in business analysis and clinical consultancy relating to the onboarding of new clients, product roadmap development, new product releases, service upgrades and changes driven by new and existing customer requirements. A major part of this role will be working as part of the project team to implement Hospital Information system (HIS) and Electronic Medical Records (EMR) in hospitals and solution adoption. Key Responsibilities 1. Team member during project implementation 2. Perform product demo/ application walkthrough. 3. Perform business requirement study/analysis 4. Perform business process re-engineering (BPR), business process alignment (BPA) and related activities. 5. System set-up and configuration - creation of clinical/nursing note types, forms and charts. 6. Data management – Initiate data collection and assist clients during the process. 7. Perform system testing on newly developed functionalities/modules. 8. Prepare user guides and training manuals. 9. Conduct master user, end-user training. 10. Participate in functional acceptance testing (FAT) and user acceptance testing (UAT). 11. Provide Go-live support and handholding of users during project implementation. 12. Responsible for project-related documentation, such as the Business Requirement Document (BRD). Prerequisites 1. Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in business, information technology, medicine, medical assistant, nursing, allied health disciplines or a related field. 2. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the healthcare industry, or an equivalent combination of education, training or experience. 3. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. 4. Good communication, writing and problem-solving skills. 5. Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia. 6. Knowledge in IT software implementation is an added advantage. 7.
